THE FASHION LIBRARY
Work days are Monday to Friday
9.30 am till 5pm
We have a minimum rental fee of £75
Rental duration is 7 days per booking
Weekly rentals are for a 7 day period from the date requested
Holding Fee / Pull Fee
A £35 holding fee is required for any pulls that are prepared and set aside.
This fee:

Must be paid prior to or at pickup

Will be refunded once all items are returned

Items must be in their original condition

Items must be dry cleaned if worn or used
If items are not confirmed or collected, the holding fee will be retained as a restocking fee.
Payment Terms
All rental payments must be made prior to pickup or at the time of pickup.
We accept:

Items will not be released without payment.
Late payments on bank transfers will incur a 10% late fee, which will double every 30 days thereafter.
Dry Cleaning
All worn or used items must be professionally dry cleaned before return.
Items must be:

Returned clean
-
Returned in dry cleaning packaging
-
Deodorised and pressed
-
Returned with original hang tags attached
Do not machine wash or hand wash any items.
If a hang tag is removed, the item is considered worn and must be dry cleaned.
Items returned without dry cleaning (if worn) will result in the holding fee being retained.
Speciality garments (gowns, leather, embellished pieces, etc.) may incur additional cleaning charges at the discretion of The Fashion Library.
Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations or no-shows for prepared pulls will incur a £35 restocking fee per item.
Once items leave The Fashion Library, you are financially responsible for the full rental fee regardless of:

Shoot cancellation

Date changes
-
Talent changes
-
Production cancellation
Authorisation
A valid ID and credit card are required at the time of the pull.
A credit card authorisation will be taken for the total replacement value of the items.
Rental charges will be captured from the authorised card unless an alternative payment method has been agreed in advance.
Loss & Damage
If items are lost or damaged:

The holding fee will be retained

Additional charges may apply up to the full replacement value
No alterations of any kind are permitted.
Altered items are considered damaged and will be charged accordingly.
Returns
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Garments must be returned in garment bags

All tote bags and packaging must be returned

A £5 charge applies per unreturned bag
Missed Returns
The Fashion Library will notify the email on file regarding overdue returns.
Items not returned or collected within 45 days of written notice will become property of The Fashion Library.
Assistants
Please notify us in advance if assistants are collecting or pulling items under your name.
